The UCM assumes its commitment to an adequate and effective provision of services, promoting the transfer of the results of research activity and innovation to induce the necessary change in the production system, as well as to satisfy the needs and citizen demands with the level of quality that society demands.
The UCM, aware of the growing need for tools that allow the continuous improvement of the services it provides to users, has developed a Quality Management System as a vehicle to satisfy the requirements of users and clients, as well as applicable laws and regulations, this being the framework for establishing quality objectives on the path undertaken towards continuous improvement of the highly specialized services provided by the CAI and ICTS of the UCM.
BioImaC has been assessed as part of the UCM's CAI and ICTS Management System in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, for the MRI and PET/CT Imaging and Spectroscopy activities.
