Bruker Albira ARS II PET/CT
The Albira ARS II PET/CT equipment (Ref 060002) is a hybrid scanner for small animals (rat and mouse) with a double PET (Positron Emission Tomography) rings of continuous crystal detectors, field of view of 80mm and a 50 kV micro CT (Computed Axial Tomography) module with a field of view of 60 mm.
This equipment allows to carry out static and dynamic studies, obtaining images with a resolution of up to 1.5mm in PET and microns in HR CT (High Resolution). It is also equipped with an electrocardiogram and respiration gating recording system that allows us to monitor the animal's condition during image acquisition.
On-demand access to this non-unique infrastructure requires the user to complete the following Service Request Form, which must be submitted to BioImaC, duly completed by the Principal Investigator or a person authorized by him/her.
