Bruker AVIII 500MHz
Modern equipment equipped with AVIII HD technology and with different types of RF probes to cover a wide range of samples.
It has:
HR-MAS probe (1H / 13C / 31P) for semi-solid samples, configured with Z-gradients. It incorporates the latest developments in single and multidimensional pulse sequences, both homonuclear and heteronuclear. This probe has a BCU-05 Temperature Unit for temperature-controlled analysis.
BBI 5mm 1H/X probe for liquid samples. It is used for liquid samples for structural and dynamic analysis of compounds in solution, providing detailed information about the structure and environment of the nuclei. The inner coil of this probe is optimised for 1H, while the outer coil is tunable over a wide frequency range (X).
The equipment also features several disposable volumes and inserts for easy sample preparation and cleaning.
On-demand access to this non-unique infrastructure requires the user to complete the following Service Request Form, which must be submitted to BioImaC, duly completed by the Principal Investigator or a person authorized by him/her.
