LASER CONFOCAL MICROSCOPE (FluoView-1200, Olympus)

The equipment consists of an inverted Olympus Ix83 microscope with motorized stage, coupled to an Olympus FV1200 spectral confocal system, with 3 fluorescence detectors (two of them spectral), one for transmitted light, 7 laser lines (405, 458, 488, 515, 559, 594, 635 nm). The system also has an autofocus system (ZDC) and a culture chamber with temperature and CO2 control, which allows in vitro tests. All this equipment allows multiparameter work (x, y, z, t, l ) in both fixed and live cell samples.
