SPECTRAL FLOW CYTOMETER (AURORA-CYTEK)

Spectral flow cytometer, based on the detection of light in an array of detectors associated with a coarse wavelength division multiplexing (CWDM) system that allows spectrum capture for fluorochromes that emit in the range from 420-830nm. It is equipped with 4 excitation lasers (405nm, 488nm, 561nm and 638nm), 3 light scattering detectors and the possibility of analyzing up to 32 fluorescence signals simultaneously (violet detector module: 16 channels between 420 and 830 nm, detector module blue: 14 channels between 500 and 830 nm, yellow-green detector module: 10 channels between 570 and 830 nm, and red detector module: 8 channels between 650 and 830 nm).
