1 - FLOW CYTOMETRY ASSAY TYPES
Analysis of different cellular parameters using flow cytometry:
- Immunophenotyping through multicolor analysis of cellular surface and intracellular antigens.
- Characterization of transfectants.
- Cell cycle and proliferation assays.
- Viability and cell death assays (apoptosis and necrosis).
- Functional assays: ROS production, mitochondrial membrane potential, Ca2+ flow, cellular Ph, etc.
- Nanoparticle incorporation tests in different cell types.
- High-speed cell separation with the possibility of using any of the separation modes (enrichment, purity or single cell). Separation is possible in various cell types such as suspension cells, adherent cells. Separation of cells on any type of support (6, 12, 24, 48, 96-well plates), including single cell cloning.
