Quantification of nucleic acids

Quantification of nucleic acids based on spectrophotometry (NanoDrop equipment) or fluorimetry (QUBIT equipment). Spectrophotometric-based quantification allows detecting the presence of protein, phenols, carbohydrates, and other possible contaminants. QUBIT quantification offers high specificity in the measurement of each type of nucleic acid.
