LC-MS Evosep One-timsTOF Pro 2 System
The liquid chromatographic platform Evosep One is a robust and high throughput system. This is achieved by using Evotips as disposable trap columns, where samples are loaded and desalted offline before peptide separation in the analytical column. This saves time in comparison to conventional chromatographic systems.
Mass spectrometer timsTOF Pro 2 incorporates a fourth dimension; ion mobility that along with PASEF acquisition method (Parallel Accumulation Serial Fragmentation) provides with high speed and sensitivity from a minimum quantity of sample. PASEF technology is compatible with different acquisition methods such as DDA, DIA and PRM allowing identification and quantification of complex samples.
The combination of both platforms along with real time identification, PaSer allows analysis of large number of samples that can be processed with confidence in a small time interval, with different applications, especially clinical proteomics field
