Fluorescence microscopy

Observation and/or image acquisition of fluorescent samples through a high sensitivity digital camera (SPOT, W/B, color). Note: Operating Rules for the service request (attached document) As general guidelines, you should: 1.- Contact the director / technicians of the Center (phone / email) to explain the needs and receive adequate instructions. 2.- Complete the "User Registration" document (signed by IP). 3.- Fill in the document "Service Request" (each user authorized by IP for each type of test and equipment you wish to use). 4.- Revised and approved documents, users should contact via phone / e-mail with the Center to book an appointment. 5.- Go to the CCMF on the day of the appointment, with the document Table of Samples completed.
