Multiphoton microscopy

The Service of m. MP is incorporated into m. confocal Leica SP-2 AOBS, so it is possible to address a wide spectrum of tests based on MP excitation and the use of both spectral detectors without fluorochrome limitation and direct, limited to FITC or TxRed type fluorochromes. It should be considered that being incorporated into m. confocal SP-2, the availability of appointment is conditioned by the occupation of the m. confocal and vice versa. For this reason, researchers-users interested in carrying out an assay should contact the personnel responsible for microscopy and specify the type of samples, preparation and fluorochromes to be used. Note: Operating Rules for the service request (attached document) As general guidelines, you should: 1.- Contact the director / technicians of the Center (phone / email) to explain the needs and receive adequate instructions. 2.- Complete the "User Registration" document (signed by IP). 3.- Fill in the document "Service Request" (each user authorized by IP for each type of test and equipment you wish to use). 4.- Revised and approved documents, users should contact via phone / e-mail with the Center to book an appointment. 5.- Go to the CCMF on the day of the appointment, with the document Table of Samples completed.
