High resolution equipment with cryoprobe that allows to obtain very good S/N (Signal/Noise) relations, with which we obtain adequate answers with very low sample quantity. Sensitivity of 1H ≥ 7000:1 (0.1% ethylbenzene/CDCl3).
It allows 1D, 2D and 3D experiments, the latter essential for the structural study of proteins.
The temperature range in which it is possible to work is between 4ºC and 80ºC.
