Bruker D8 ADVANCE A25 Diffractometer

Difracctometer equipped with a Cu tube in th/th configuration and Bragg-Brentano optics with fixed slits, Ni filter, and LynxEye SSD160-2 position sensitive detector. It has an automatic sample changer for 45 positions and a sample rotation device (spinner) during the mesurement. This diffractometer is dedicated to general phase analysis.
