Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometer (TIMS) Triton XT - Thermo Fisher Scientific

The Thermo Fisher Scientific Triton XT Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometer (TIMS) is an equipment specially designed for the analysis of isotope ratios. It consists of nine Faraday detectors and a Secondary Electron Multiplier (SEM), for static and/or dynamic multi-collection data acquisition. This spectrometer is used to perform isotopic composition analysis in the Rb-Sr, Sm-Nd and common Pb systems in geological, paleontological, archaeological and environmental samples.
