Registration of the UCM Genomics Unit in REDLAB
The UCM Genomics Unit has been incorporated to the Network of Laboratories and Scientific-Technical Infrastructures of the Community of
(REDLAB) with the registration number RLAB-044.
This Network is integrated by Laboratories of the Community of Madrid belonging to Public Research Organizations (OPIs). It is an initiative of the Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d, dependent on the Consejería de Educación e Investigación de la Comunidad de Madrid. Its main objectives are to contribute to making the quality of science, technology and innovation a key element in the competitiveness and welfare of citizens. The Foundation promotes cooperation between the scientific and industrial spheres and contributes to the creation of an innovative regional ecosystem based on knowledge, efficient and integrated in the European Union.
RedLab's web page allows to publicize, facilitate and improve the provision of services carried out in the research infrastructures of the Community of Madrid and its member laboratories. It also allows the possibility to: a) Find support services for a research project, advanced analytical techniques, large equipment, scientific advice, etc.; b) Consult the testing and calibration possibilities of the laboratories that make up the Network as well as the available tests and qualified technicians in the different testing methods, and c) Access information on events and conferences that arise from the Network itself, as well as from other external sources of interest to the Laboratories.
