The Ion Implantation Unit obtains the ISO 9001:2015 certification

The Ion Implantation Unit of the Complutense University of Madrid has obtained, for the first time, the ISO 9001:2015 certification for its Quality Management System.
The certification is valid from March 19, 2025.
The certification is obtained within the framework of the main certificate for the CAIs and ICTS of the Complutense University of Madrid.
The activities included in the certification are:
Ion implantation.
Thin film growth.
Thermal processing.
Optical lithography.
Leak detection in vacuum systems.
