The ion implantation unit of the Complutense University of Madrid runs all the necessary equipments for the manufacture of microelectronic devices (microchips). The available techniques are: Ion implantation, Rapid thermal annealing, optical lithography, ECRCVD coating and Metallization.

The unit of ion implantation is located in the Faculty of Physics of the UCM.
