11. Diagnostic services for detection systems

Diagnostic services for detection systems. For CCD (Charge-Coupled Device) or CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor) type detection systems: read noise, dark current, gain, linearity, spectral response in the visible range (400-900nm), pixel mask and defective columns. Depending on the CCD packaging provided, these measurements can be carried out at room temperature or at temperatures of the order of -100º C (by LN2 cooling in a closed-cycle cryostat or by cryo-cooler). The final cost per detector will depend on the need or not to perform the tests in cryogenics, on the packaging format, detector size and on the need or not to contract an insurance for the handling of the detector.
