Use of equipment

Use of laboratory equipment for customized assembly and characterization tasks, including the possibility of being performed under vacuum and/or cryogenic conditions. In the case of equipment that must be handled only by company/institution personnel (due to limitations in handling insurance coverage), LICA allows supervised use of available space and equipment. This equipment includes the two clean rooms (ISO-8 and ISO-7, verified annually), ISO-5 laminar flow cabinet, monochromator, closed-cycle cryostats (LN2 and cryo-cooler). The cost of these activities and the use of this equipment will depend on the equipment used, the time of use and whether or not the exclusive use of any of the rooms is necessary.
