FLUORESCENCE AND WIDE FIELD OPTICAL MICROSCOPE WITH DIGITAL CAMERAS (AXIOPLAN-2, Zeiss)

Vertical or direct ZEISS Axioplan-2 station that allows the visualization and capture of digital images both in transmitted light mode and epifluorescence or combinations of both. The microscope is equipped with two digital cameras for acquisition of images and motorizations in z-axis, cubes of fluorescence and change of objectives, allowing the control of these functions from a computer program for acquisition and analysis (Metamorph).
