Multicolor and multidimensional (X, Y, Z, T, L) microscopy

Acquisition of two-dimensional (2D) digital images with out-of-focus light elimination (confocality), either simple or as spatial series (multiple distanced planes), and / or time series generated from samples (biological or material) with fluorescence (staining and / or endogenous) using laser scanning as a source of illumination (excitation) and photodetectors for recording the emitted fluorescence (selection of wavelength, ). The obtained images contain multidimensional information (wavelength, temporal, spatial, quantitative and qualitative) necessary for further analysis (quantification and / or 3D reconstruction).
