Spinsolve 80MHz Carbon Ultra

The low-field benchtop Spinsolve 80MHz-Ultra is designed for routine laboratory work, is characterised by its low cost (no need for cryogenics) and easy maintenance. An additional advantage is that it does not require the use of deuterated solvents. It allows the recording of 1H, 13C and 19F nuclei.
The equipment has a continuous flow cell which allows kinetic studies to be performed.
Corresponding 1D experiments can be performed on these nuclei, as well as the usual 2D correlation experiments between the different nuclei.
The equipment can be used in either manual or automatic mode as it is equipped with a 20-sample exchanger. However, a higher mass quantity is needed due to the lower sensitivity compared to the other equipment of the Unit, as it is a low-field spectrometer.
The operation of this spectrometer is quite simple as it is equipped with a very intuitive software that facilitates its use. The equipment is intended for users, who can carry out their own experiments with the advice of the centre's staff. In order to have access to it, it is necessary to attend a training course given by the centre's technicians and the use of the equipment will be made on direct request with the Unit's staff.
