Confocal micro-Raman spectrometer
Confocal micro-Raman dispersive NT-MDT NTegra Spectra spectrometer. Composed by:
- Solar TII MS5004i monochromator of Czerny-Turner type of 520 mm focal, equipped with 4 diffraction grattings (150/500, 600/600, 1800/500 y 75/Echelle) and confocal collection system.
- CCD Andor iDus DU-420 detector, with 1024x128 pixeles and cooled by Peltier.
- Three lasers: 532 nm (22 mW), 632.8 nm (30 mW) and 785 nm (50 mW).
- Reflected light unit with photomutiplier for Rayleigh confocal imaging.
- Olympus BXFM microscope, with SenTech CCD color camera and Olympus TH4-200 / U-LH100-3-7 halogen lighting. Equipped with 4 Olympus objectives (5x, 20x, 50x and 100x) and motorized XY positiones with 70x70 mm scansize.
- Coupled AFM microscope, optical AFM head with 1064 nm laser and upper illumination with 100x objective 0.7NA for Raman spectroscopy, piezoelectric sample scanner of 90x90x9 um and galvanometric scanner for laser scanning (for TERS experiments).
