X-Ray diffractometer
X-ray powder diffractometer BRUKER D8 Advance.
The equipment is equipped with an X-ray source with copper anode, high stability, and a SOL-X energy dispersion detector and large active area for X-ray diffraction, which allows a shorter measurement time than with other detectors combined with a low background level. The diffractometer works in Bragg-Brentano geometry and has an automatic sample exchanger. The software that the equipment uses for the acquisition, treatment and evaluation of the diffractometric data is the DIFFRACplus.
