High Resolution Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (HR NMR) Service

Very versatile technique widely used, with applications in BIOMEDICINE and FOOD.

SAMPLES ANALYSED
A wide variety of samples in liquid and semi-solid state (heterogeneous samples), such as biological fluids (urine, cerebrospinal fluid, plasma), intact biological tissue (brain, liver, etc.), intact food (ham, salmon, sea bream, etc.), juices, etc.

STORAGE CONDITIONS FOR SAMPLES AVAILABLE AT BIOIMAC
Room temperature. Desiccator. Refrigerator 0ºC to 8ºC. Freezer - 20ºC. Ultra freezer -80ºC.

SAMPLE PREPARATION
For semi-solid sample studies with HR-MAS probe, BioImaC D2O, BioImaC internal standard and BioImaC rotor, including preparation and washing, are included at BioImaC's expense.
